Come and Visit our Blueberry and Honey Farm - A True Taste Sensation!

Our Blueberry and Honey Farm is family owned and operated by the Maynard family in Silvan in the picturesque Dandenongs, not far from the entrance to the Silvan Reservoir.

Hillbilly Farms is the home of Hillbilly Blues®; Blueberries. No pesticides are used on our berries. We offer U-Pick (PYO) to registered pickers only, but if you prefer not to pick your own, you can call ahead and order your berries. We suggest you allow a couple of days or more before planning on picking up your order.

Also, for a taste treat, try some of our homemade preservative-free Blueberry Jams. Flavours include Blueberry, Blueberry-Strawberry, Blueberry-Rhubarb, Blueberry Blackberry, and many more exciting flavours.

Several varieties of Blueberry Plants such as Brigitta, Blue Rose, Denise, and Sunshine Blue to name a few are for sale year round.

Honey

Hillbilly Farms is also the largest Honey Shop in the ranges. With over 20 varieties of pure Australian Honey and Honey Blends, you are sure to find one you like.

Free tastings allow you to pick and choose the flavour that suits your family

Our honey range also includes Manuka Honey, Propolis products, Honeycomb, Honey Jams, and 100% Beeswax Candles.

Make it an outing! The Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley is home to the famous Puffing Billy Railway Train, many wineries, and a multitude of fresh fruit and berry farms.
